Realistic

I saw Doug speak during a panel of neighborhood real estate agents at a Rolando Community Council meeting. All of the panelists had good presentations but Doug impressed me more than the others regarding realistic market conditions in our neighborhood. He did a great job helping me get my house ready to sell, getting it marketed in all the right places, guiding me through all the paperwork, defending our asking price with buyers agents, and ultimately selling my house for full asking price in a short time. I couldn't be happier with his performance. He has my strongest recommendation.
